Refund Policy

DVM Ascent is committed to delivering high-quality mentorship, leadership development, and educational programming. Because our services include digital content, live sessions, and immediate access to proprietary materials, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Membership Subscriptions
All membership fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once billed. Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Access to platform materials, recordings, and resources remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Live Programs, Workshops & CE Events
Registration fees for live workshops, CE programs, or special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by DVM Ascent. If DVM Ascent cancels an event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future program.
If a participant is unable to attend a live event, DVM Ascent may, at its discretion, offer access to a recording or allow transfer to a future session, but this is not guaranteed.
One-on-One Mentorship Sessions
Individual mentorship sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited without refund.
Packages of mentorship sessions are non-refundable once services have begun.
Termination of Access
DVM Ascent reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access without refund if a participant violates platform policies, confidentiality requirements, or professional conduct standards.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DVM Ascent. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
