Books That Built the Leader I Am

The leadership, mindset, and business books that shaped how I practice, lead teams, and build Veterinary businesses.

As a Veterinarian, multi-location practice owner, and MBA candidate, I believe leadership is a learned skill. These books have shaped how I think about culture, accountability, systems, and personal growth. If you're building your career or your practice, start here.

From Reader to Certified Positive Speaker

Jon Gordon’s work impacted me so deeply that I pursued certification through his organization and became a certified positive leader and speaker. What started as reading his books for my own development and inspiration evolved into integrating these principles across my veterinary hospitals and leadership teams.

Today, I am certified to deliver Positive Leadership workshops that qualify for:

• 1 hour of non-medical CE keynote type delivery for Power of Positive Leadership
• 3 hours of non-medical CE workshop type delivery for Power of Positive Leadership and Power of Positive Teams

These workshops are designed specifically for veterinary teams and leaders who want to strengthen culture, improve accountability, and lead with clarity and purpose.

If you are interested in bringing Positive Leadership CE to your hospital or organization, I would love to connect.
