By accessing or using the DVM Ascent website, memberships, mentorship programs, continuing education content, video libraries, discussion groups, or related services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Educational Purpose Only

DVM Ascent provides educational content, mentorship, leadership development, and business strategy guidance for veterinary professionals. All content, discussions, materials, and mentorship sessions are educational and advisory in nature. Nothing provided through DVM Ascent constitutes medical supervision, direct patient care, emergency consultation, legal advice, tax advice, financial or investment advice, regulatory direction, HR direction, or mental health services.

No Professional Relationship

Participation in DVM Ascent does not create an employment, supervisory, medical-director, partnership, fiduciary, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and DVM Ascent, its owners, mentors, contractors, or affiliates.

Professional Responsibility

You retain sole responsibility for all clinical decisions, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, employment matters, business decisions, financial strategies, and implementation of any guidance received through the platform. You agree that you will seek appropriate licensed professionals for legal, financial, medical, or mental health matters when necessary.

No Guarantee of Results

DVM Ascent does not guarantee specific clinical, financial, leadership, academic, or business outcomes. Individual results vary based on experience, effort, execution, market conditions, and external factors.

Confidentiality & Conduct

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding shared case discussions, proprietary business information, and personal matters discussed within the platform. All case discussions must be properly de-identified in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. You agree to engage respectfully and professionally at all times. DVM Ascent reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of confidentiality or professional conduct.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, frameworks, course materials, videos, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of DVM Ascent Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared without written permission.

Assumption of Risk

Professional decision-making involves inherent risk. By participating in DVM Ascent services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your professional decisions and their outcomes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DVM Ascent Holdings LLC, its owners, affiliates, mentors, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your participation in the Services, your professional decisions, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVM Ascent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to DVM Ascent in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Modifications

DVM Ascent reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
